Because we're a local, family-owned crew that also builds and remodels here year-round, we're invested in your property long after the snow melts.

Flexible Dispatch Options
Pick the service level that fits how you use your property — set it and forget it, or call us when you need us.
Auto Dispatch
We automatically clear your property when accumulation reaches 1 inch. Ideal for vacation rentals and remote owners who want maximum coverage.
Standard Dispatch
Automatic clearing at 2 inches of accumulation. A good balance of service and cost for most residential properties.
On-Call Service
You call us when you need service. Best for part-time residents who are on-site during storms and can manage their own timing.
How Our Route System Works
A concentrated, route-based operation means faster, more predictable clearing for everyone on the list.
Storm Monitoring
We track weather conditions and prepare routes ahead of incoming storms, so the team is ready to deploy the moment accumulation thresholds are met.
Route-Based Clearing
Properties are grouped into efficient routes. During a storm we work each route systematically — which means faster, more reliable clearing for every customer.
Communication
We notify customers when we're heading out and coordinate with property managers for rentals. You'll always know when to expect us.
Why Choose Us for Snow Removal
Reliability you can count on when the weather turns — backed by a local crew and real credentials.
Snow Removal FAQ
What areas do you serve for snow removal?
Our main focus is Sunriver, where concentrated routes give us the fastest response times. We also serve select areas of Bend and Redmond — contact us to check availability for your address.
How does dispatch work — when do you show up?
It depends on your plan. Auto Dispatch clears your property automatically at 1 inch of accumulation, Standard Dispatch at 2 inches, and On-Call means we come out when you call. We monitor every storm and deploy by route once thresholds are met.
Can you coordinate with my property manager or rental?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with property managers for vacation rentals and second homes, and we'll notify the right contact when we're heading out so guests and owners are never left snowed in.
Do you clear decks and walkways too?
We do. Heavy snow loads can damage a deck, so deck clearing is available to protect your investment, and walkway clearing includes shoveling plus ice treatment for safe paths to your doors.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Purple Rain Construction is an Oregon licensed contractor, CCB #247140, and fully insured for your protection and ours.
When should I get on the snow route list?
Before winter. Routes fill up, so the earlier you reserve your spot the better we can plan coverage for your property. Reach out in the fall to lock in your dispatch level.
